ESS 34 Hybrid

The sliding thermal insulation system ESS 34 Hybrid was designed with a focus on high quality and flexibility. It offers a wide range of construction options, making it one of the systems that meet most requirements.


It features tracks for all possible sliding typologies at heights of 42mm and 32mm, as well as hook profiles with a visible surface of just 25mm. This characteristic provides a sleek, minimal design, unobstructed views, and a unique aesthetic.


Moreover, with the use of specially designed profiles, it is possible to construct frames with large dimensions, reaching up to 2.6m in height and 10m² in glass surface area.


A key design feature of the series is the option to install a lift-and-slide mechanism.

KEY FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM

  1. Use of stainless steel sheet or aluminum profile on the tracks for smooth sliding.
  2. Profile design with straight lines.
  3. Option to install a multi-lock mechanism for maximum security.
  4. Capability to use a lift-and-slide mechanism.
  5. Plastic (PVC) track covers for insulation and water protection.
  6. Elastic (EPDM) or foam sealing blocks for the tracks in sliding and recessed configurations.
  7. Option to use “anti-bi-metal” polyamides in the system profiles to eliminate warping caused by expansion and contraction.
  8. Capability to install double glazing up to 24mm for high thermal and acoustic insulation levels.
  9. Three glass panel options on the locking side: plain, with a handle for greater durability under stress, or with a beading strip.
  10. Two levels of water drainage (to the outer side of the frame) for better track drainage.
  11. Compatibility with Europa EOS 60 Hybrid for complex constructions.
